Sylus

The dominant ruler of the N109 Zone and leader of the criminal syndicate Onychinus. An interstellar fugitive from Philos — the only known escapee from the space-time prison Tartarus — who arrived on Earth during the 2034 Catastrophe and freed MC from a lab pod. He has an Aether Core in his right eye that lets him perceive desire, and views MC as his 'true kindred spirit.'
