Long-Awaited Revelry 01-02 'Alike' is Sylus's debut on-screen. MC is brought before him at Onychinus HQ. He disposes of the middleman — disintegrating him with a casual flick of his energy-manipulation mist, no speech, no threat. He then turns to MC. He immobilises her using eye contact; she tries to look away from his right eye and cannot ('I can't look into his eye!'). His Aether Core activates. His first real words to her: from her past to her future, including every crime she'll inevitably commit, the two of them are 'true kindred spirits.' He insists on resonating with her — a process by which both Aether Cores can interact.
