The Spacepedia describes Onychinus as 'omnipresent' — a vast web of operatives controlling every illegal activity in N109. Its operations include illegal Evol-weapons trade, modified Protocores no one else can identify, and the unexplained disappearance of Evolvers. Sylus maintains 12+ armouries worldwide. The Association's working theory is that his motive isn't money.
