Yin Yang Sundering is Caleb's third Myth and first as a Limited Myth, released with the Ghosts' Final March event (March 28 – April 11, 2026). The myth draws on Xianxia and the Fuxi/Nuwa creation mythology — sibling-gods given the mandate to repopulate the world. In this setting, the mortal world exists in eternal day and the nether realm in eternal night, with strict rules against crossing between them. Caleb and MC are the Lords of the Nether Realm; he calls them 'two flowers from the same stem.' MC struggles with an insatiable hunger for souls, which Caleb manages by sustaining her with soulbeads harvested from a lotus pond at Netherfalls. An old Spiritmaster they encounter tells fragmented tales of an ancient Spiritmaster who sacrificed himself to seal the boundary between realms — these stories awaken buried past-life memories in MC. MC infiltrates a Ghost's wedding ceremony and discovers Caleb was disguised as the Ghost's beloved; they defeat the Ghost together. Travelling west to Hesperion Reach (an ancient ghost town), MC experiences visions of a past life — a figure in ceremonial robes crafting a beast-bone mask. At the Spiritmaster's mausoleum she finds the weathered mask. Upon returning to Netherfalls her memories of recent events vanish; Caleb insists the past should not be forced. The ending deliberately obscures whether they have lived these events before and whether they will again. Thematic core: the cost of remembering, cyclical sacrifice, and the boundary between realms that is growing unstable.
