Netherlord is Caleb's third Myth set, using a nether-realm / death-afterlife / yin-yang frame. Companion identity is 'Nether Doom'; MC's partner outfit is 'Nether Nightfall.' The exclusive longsword Azuregaze: even bound to the netherworld for eternity, its wielder's gaze remains fixed on the azure sky and the mortal realm — a line that maps directly onto Caleb's arc of being pulled under (explosion, arm, political danger of the Fleet) while keeping his attention fixed on her. The Ardent Oath flavour describes Caleb and MC as mirrored shadows, stems of the same Bingdi Lotus intertwined beneath the moon, sharing one soul bound through death and beyond.
