## Description

The second Anecdote series, six chapters that trace the nightmare arc pressing harder on Zayne's day-to-day existence. Chapters: 'Night's Daytime Brightness', 'Deathly Encounter', 'Determination', 'Through Troubled Times', 'A Long Way Home', 'The Nightmare Worsens.' 'Deathly Encounter' suggests a near-miss in the present, not just the past. 'The Nightmare Worsens' is a direct escalation signal, setting up the 'Still In Dark' arc that follows. 'Determination' and 'A Long Way Home' suggest he is still trying to push through it rather than confront it.
