## Description

World Underneath 14 'Elysium' covers the aftermath of the 2036 deal and the running of Elysium bar under Sylus's protection. The notable reveal: Phantom Thief Pea, also known as Mr. P, returns Aislinn's original cash to her. Mr. P was the one who reclaimed the Protocore map from Sylus's territory — a theft from within his controlled zone. Sylus sponsors Elysium bar and does not act against this. The chapter also introduces the rumour: 'Someone says Sylus has started eating people' — tied to missing Evolvers. Aislinn is confirmed to share some unspecified history with Sylus beyond the Ginevra transaction.
