## Description

Nightplumes: MC finds a dying pigeon on a snowy night and, against all logic given her description of him as 'the ruthless, decisive, cruel, merciless leader of Onychinus,' trusts Sylus alone to care for it. The scene is widely cited in fan analysis as the clearest single illustration of the gap between his public mask and the person he is in private around MC. It is the benchmark for his hidden tender side.
