## Description

Between 2034 and 2036 Sylus establishes himself inside N109, the former tech hub devastated by the Catastrophe that the Hunters Association failed to pacify and walled off. Per World Underneath 14, Sylus 'devoured several prominent factions' before founding Onychinus. The Spacepedia describes Onychinus as 'omnipresent' — a vast web of operatives controlling every illegal activity in N109. Its operations include illegal Evol-weapons trade, modified Protocores no one else can identify, and the unexplained disappearance of Evolvers. Sylus maintains 12+ armouries worldwide. The Association's working theory is that his motive isn't money.
