## Description

Unlocked across Homecoming Wings 1-02 (general Fleet description) and 2-08 (Toring Chip entry). The Farspace Fleet: established in Skyhaven, under the DAA umbrella, running the highest-security combat and patrol missions inside the Deepspace Tunnel. Internal management is strict. The Colonel rank concentrates authority and danger in equal measure. Officers have a Toring Chip implanted, requiring regular doses of Cybezin to manage side effects. Caleb arrived at this rank without the DAA's expected path — he'd already filed a transfer and dropped his ID at Academy graduation. Whoever rescued him after the Bloomshore explosion put him in this post, which the Spacepedia explicitly notes is surrounded by internal political danger.
